ORDERS:
We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your products in a timely manner. Due to this, it may not always be possible to cancel an order once it has been placed. If your order has not been shipped yet, we recommend contacting our customer service as soon as possible. We will do our best to arrange the cancellation for you in that case. However, please note that if the order has already been shipped, we cannot process the cancellation. In that case, you can return the package according to our return policy.
During the checkout process, you have the option to enter a discount code. On the shopping cart page, you will find a specific field where you can enter your discount code. Enter the code and click on ‘Apply Coupon’ to apply the discount to your order.

Additionally, we use neutral packaging without logos or information revealing the nature of the products.
We do not offer free returns. When returning a product, the return shipping costs are at your own expense.
Once we receive and process the returned item in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount of the returned item according to our return policy. Please note that any shipping costs paid for your original order will not be refunded.
